                                                                                  Jawaharlal Nehru was the Son of Motilal Nehru and Swarupa Rani.He was Born Allahabad at Uttar pradesh in 1889 November 14.His Birthday is being celebrated as Children's Day throught India as he was fond of Children in his Life time.His Father was Motilal Nehru,an eminent Lawyer.Vijayalekshmi Pandit and Krishna Harithising were the Sister of Nehru.''Jawahar means Jewel''.After completing his School Education.London in 1905 and joined the Haro Public School,then Trinity College in Cambridge and finally at the inner temple.He secured M.A and Barrister Degrees.After that he returned to India in 1912 and started practice at the Allahabad High Court.Nehru attended the Bankipore Congress Session in 1912.He was known all throughout the world as arenowed writer.''Glimpses of India'and letters from a Father to his Daughter'are the most important Books among them.In 1916 he Married Kamala of Kaur Family.In 1916 he met Gandhiji at Lucknow and joined the Congress Party (Indian independence movement in 1919).In 1923 he participated in the Non Co-Operation Movement and became the Congress General Secretary.Nehru became the President of INC for the first time in 1929.''Poorna Swaraj ''resolution was passed at Lahore Session.Nehru became the President of the largest number of time Lahore(1929) Lucknow(1935) Faizpur(1936) Delhi(1951) Hyderabad(1953) and Kalian(1954).In 1936 Pandit Nehru's Wife Kamala Nehru Passed away.Indian Congress Founded by A.O.Hhume in 1885.
